Job Summary Education at Work is seeking a full-time Recruitment Coordinator who will assist in the implementation of a campus recruitment strategy yielding high-achieving students from college and universities in the Salt Lake City, UT area. The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will be the execution of a full recruitment cycle for student employees while increasing brand awareness to a diverse spectrum of stakeholders and university constituents.
\n Roles and ResponsibilitiesProcess New Hire ApplicationsScreen and interview high-caliber student candidatesServe as main point of contact for applicants through the recruitment, interview and onboarding processesCoordinate the student new hire credentialing processMaintain requisitions and applicant/interview/hire/attrition dataWork with other departments as needed for new hire orientation and trainingsOther duties as assignedAssistant in the implementation of a campus recruitment strategy at colleges and university in the Tempe, AZ areaDeliver Education at Work's philosophy and mission to various avenues of student interaction including one on one meetings, classrooms, and student groupsOther duties as assigned Experience and QualificationsBachelor's Degree required 1 year of working in a high volume recruiting environment is preferred1 year of contact/call center experience is preferred Knowledge of college/university structure and ability to navigate academic life, student life, and auxiliary services on respective campuses is preferred Knowledge of call center systems and performance statistics is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a high sense of urgency Willingness to work above and beyond traditional work week, including evenings and weekends
