Job Description
The Augsburg School of Humanities and Social Sciences seeks to hire one student employee to assist the school director with administrative tasks.
This position is for the 2024-2025 academic year at 10 hours/week.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
* Event, room, and appointment scheduling
* Event planning and support
* Calendar and schedule updates
* Organizational and communication support
* Communication with offices across campus on behalf of the school
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* Strong communication skills - oral and written
* Facility with Google platforms and applications
* Attentiveness to detail
* Ability to work independently
* Dependable
