We are looking for a Student Success Coach to play a key role in furthering our mission in our Mission Services area. Summary/Objective:
The Student Success will assist in the daily tasks necessary for student to navigate resources and reach levels of proficiency necessary for sustained employment and/or higher education opportunities. Provide guidance, services, and resources to enable adult learners to obtain and sustain employment, explore future careers, develop professionally, and pursue educational opportunities. Implement strategies to assess abilities and barriers to education and employment. Education/Experience:
High school diploma required with some college preferred. Experience or strong interest in social services, education, or related field desired. Must pass a background check and hold a valid driver's license. Skills and Knowledge:
The ability to collect and document confidential student information, detail-oriented, active listening, student advocacy, time management, and possess the desire and ability to serve individuals in need of guidance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Talented team player with the desire to impact the community and create significant change in the lives of youth and adults.
