A Student Support Team Member will voluntarily serve as part of the Program Student Support Team in their assigned program.
This extra duty position, while voluntary, is assigned with selection and approval from the Program Administration based upon CPI Training levels.

An individual selected for this position will be required to consistently support students and classrooms with positive behavioral strategies as well as with crisis management in situations requiring potential Isolated Time Out and/or Physical Management.
Additionally, student support team members will participate routinely in training, team debrief meetings, and documentation efforts regarding behavioral incidents.

The duties of the student support team member will not extend to staff discipline, supervision, or evaluation.

The student support team member shall be paid $530.92 extra duty pay for specific work performed throughout the workday at the direction and supervision of program administrators.
