We are seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-oriented Studio Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco studio while providing direct support to our COO. This individual will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors and will be at the center of the firm's action. This role is a full-time role based in San Francisco and in-person at our 564 Pacific Ave studio.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Front Desk & Studio Operations: Provide a polished, professional experience for visitors, ensuring that they feel welcomed and confident in their interactions with the company. Oversee all front desk activities including the incoming and outgoing packages and mail (including FedEx, UPS, and USPS) Partner with IT to resolve any technology issues in the studio, ensuring all technical setups are operational and in top condition. Handle employee inquiries and requests with minimal oversight, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Manage all aspects of ordering, setup, and cleanup for weekly staff lunches, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Facility Maintenance: Conduct daily rounds to ensure that all common spaces are well-stocked, clean, and organized, including resetting furniture and maintaining workspaces. Maintain all conference rooms tech (e.g., ensure remotes/keyboards are charged), keeping the space ready for meetings. Restock snacks, beverages, and inventory, while keeping the kitchen clean and orderly, including unloading the dishwasher, cleaning counters, and maintaining equipment. Source, negotiate, and maintain contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions, timely deliveries, and high-quality service levels. Administrative Support: Manage travel arrangements and expenses for the COO, while also organizing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring key priorities are met. Assist with setting up and cleaning up after client meetings, and handling catering needs. Collaborate with the people operations team on projects, such as workplace events and onboarding processes. Provide support for the CEO's Executive Assistant when needed. Qualifications: A minimum of 3+ years in office administration, facilities management, front desk reception, or a related role. Must be tech-savvy, with proficiency in Keynote, GSuite, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, demonstrating mental, social, and emotional agility to handle varying tasks throughout the day. Resourceful, with the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage a wide array of daily responsibilities. Strong written, verbal, and active listening skills are essential for clear communication with staff, vendors, and guests. Friendly and approachable demeanor, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and colleagues. Punctuality and a strong attendance record are key, to ensuring consistent support for the office and executive team. The hourly rate for this role is $29.00 - $30.00.

Our salary offers take into consideration the skills and experience a candidate brings, pay equity across similar roles within GDP, and the market rate for similar roles outside of GDP. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position.
