Subject Matter Expert 4 (Potential Telework)

This position will be for the Lead Developer on the UX/UI team. Directing the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging, to deliver high-quality solutions. Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code, leading by example, and setting coding standards for the team. Must have good customer relations. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the team meets deadlines and requirements, provide technical oversight and ensure software quality standards are met, monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
Telework dependent upon work assigned and lead approval.

Subject Matter Expert in one contract domain outlined in the position requisition.
Experience as a team lead.
Experience as primary point of contact to the customer.
Experience overseeing technical project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time.
Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications

TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph.
Twenty (20) years experience as a Developer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (4) years of development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Required Technical Skills

React, General Typescript/JavaScript Experience, Design systems, UX Designer.
Desired Technical Skills

Next.js, Tailwind, 508 (Accessibility).
JAVA, AWS managed services, Gitlab, Maven, modern databases (NoSQL, Relational, Object).
