Responsible to analyze, track and identify industry trends, technologies, constraints and priorities regarding current and projected SIGINT strategies, solutions, and challenges.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required.
(e.g.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
Capabilities Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support for customer signals of interest.
Designs and implements software modules to process signals of interest.
Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use.
Required Qualifications TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly Ten (10) years experience with SIGINT Development analytic support.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university.
In lieu of a degree an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted.
Required Technical Skills Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications.
Experience with signal processing development frameworks (REDHAWK/RFNext, X-Midas, GNURadio, etc) and C++/Python-based signal processing tools and libraries.
Experience with message queue implementation/communication e.g.
ActiveMQ, ZeroMQ.
Experience using, configuring, and interfacing with commercial software defined radios (SDRs).
Able to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.
Desired Technical Skills Time and / or Frequency geolocation technologies and implementation Experience with GPU/CUDA development The Benefits Package Wyetech believes in generously supporting employees as they prepare for retirement.

$84.16 - $113.97 an hour Pay Range: $84.16 - $113.97 per hour Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation.
Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location.
Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
