We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert Sigint - III.
Position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
US citizenship is required.
Required Skills:
- Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support for customer signals of interest.
- Designs and implements software modules to process signals of interest.
- Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use.
-Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications.
-Experience with signal processing development frameworks (REDHAWK/RFNext, X-Midas, GNURadio, etc) and C++/Python-based signal processing tools and libraries.
-Experience with message queue implementation/communication e.g.
ActiveMQ, ZeroMQ.
-Experience using, configuring, and interfacing with commercial software defined radios (SDRs).
-Able to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.
Desired Skills:
-Time and / or Frequency geolocation technologies and implementation.
-Experience with GPU/CUDA development.
Qualifications:
Ten (10) years' experience with SIGINT Development analytic support.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
In lieu of a degree an additional four (4) years' experience is required.
The salary range for this position is based on contracted rates.
The position is eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program.
