Locations: Elementary Schools (LSE and MVS), Middle School (AMS), High School (AHS), and the District Office.
FTE: On-call; as needed.
Deadline: Applications are accepted at any time during the school year.
The School District of Ashland is accepting substitute secretary applications for the 2024-25 school year.
Substitute Application Process:
* Complete an online substitute application.
* Our personnel department will review your application.
* If hired as a substitute, we will provide you with a new hire paperwork packet and schedule an orientation / training session.
Please be prepared to provide the following documents:
* Acceptable form(s) of identification.
* Direct deposit information (voided check or savings account slip).
Note To All Substitutes:
We cannot predict nor guarantee the amount of time you will be called to be a substitute.
Please be aware that when you are on our sub list, it does not guarantee a long-term sub assignment and/or permanent employment with the School District of Ashland.
Substitutes will not be eligible to substitute with the School District of Ashland until all information is on file at the District Office and you have attended an orientation / training session, if applicable.
