Qualifications: CAC-AD or ADT.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in substance use disorder and addictions counseling.
Strong understanding of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and recovery processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to client care.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a SUD facility.
Previous experience with our organization or similar settings.
Ability to commit to a full-time position.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of individuals seeking substance abuse treatment.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide counseling services to individuals and facilitate group therapy sessions.
Address the unique needs and challenges associated with substance abuse recovery.
Offer education and preventive services to individuals and groups to promote substance abuse awareness and prevention.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation standards.
Work collaboratively with other counselors, healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 annually

Schedule: Full-time
