The NetSuite SuiteBilling System Analyst for NetSuite billing will be responsible for implementing SuiteBilling at TrueCommerce. This role will partner closely across IT and Finance teams to automate our billing practices for greater process efficiency and accuracy for our global customers and improve our internal processes and outcomes.
This is a hands-on role that requires deep SuiteBilling experience, a strong understanding of general billing principles and practices, and how they operate within NetSuite. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and departments, design & execute test cases, resolve issues, and enjoy taking complex challenges and driving outcomes.

This role is a remote opportunity unless you are in Columbus, OH, or Cranberry, PA, where it is hybrid (currently 1 day a week in the office).
As a SuiteBilling (NetSuite) System Analyst you will: Collaborate with users to document business requirements and design innovative solutions to guide the organization on best practices for the SuiteBilling implementation.Support unit and integration testing, including defining test scenarios, writing test scripts, and ensuring compliant test documentation.Help organize SOPs for the billing process and downstream impact.Maintain knowledge of SuiteBilling functionality, customization, and integration best practices.Support end-user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.Manage Release Preview business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades.Develop, test, and deploy customizations and new functionality as business requirements change.Manage business improvements and enhancements for processes managed on the NetSuite platform, specifically within SuiteBilling.Serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of the organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user and business needs.Work across business and tech leadership to develop project plans and milestones, including developing multi-phase implementations if necessary.Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks and issues to the internal billing stakeholder group.Create end-user training materials and deliver end-user training.Requirements for Success: 5+ years as a Technical Analyst, MIS Functional Analyst, or business systems consultant.3+ years' experience working with NetSuite, SuiteBilling application.4-year degree in business, MIS, or other related field or equivalent experience.Good working knowledge of general accounting and billing practices as well as common business processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate inputs and ideas within collaborative sessions, presentations, and in written form to a range of audiences with wide ranges of technical knowledge and ability.Experience with NetSuite SuiteScripting, report creation, saved search, and other technical capabilities to modify and extend NetSuite capabilities.Working knowledge of development methodologies, especially Agile and DevOps.Who is TrueCommerce?
