The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 9th, 2025 and run through August 14, 2025
Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 / 40 hours per week)

Your key responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of capacity planning processes.
Analyze production data and identify trends to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production goals and capacity constraints.
Support the planning team in forecasting and scheduling production activities.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate progress and results of improvement projects to stakeholders.

You Bring
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
Candidates must be available to work full-time beginning on June 9, 2025 – August 14, 2025
