Our three-month internship assignments provide compensation based on area of study and class standing, and have the students embedded in key functional areas of our business, getting real-world experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals. As part of your summer experience, you will join our team and use your education, experience, and creativity to make an impact.
This is an internship position within Systems Engineering supporting Managers and Lead Engineers.

Support the requirement allocations activities (Size, Weight, Power, Cooling, Reliability, etc) to assure products are developed based on their assigned allocations and performance requirements. Support the development of the System Engineering Plan and Planning Activities. Support the development of the System Requirements Compliance Matrix. Manages the development of the Technical Performance Measures and coordinates. Supports design verification and validation activities. Supports system prototype integration activities. Supports the Engineering Review Board. Support the SEM in executing Systems Engineering activities and product deliverables. Support checkpoint reviews and associated Checklists/products. Assures technical products for milestones and deliverables are met. Qualifications Sought Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university or college in an Engineering discipline. Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering majors are preferred. Attained at least a sophomore status based on university/college's class standing requirements, at the start of the internship. Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be a U.S. Person (i.e. a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.) Must successfully pass standard pre-employment screens and must provide an official college or university transcript from their school before their first day of employment. Must meet Anthropomorphic Size Restriction (ASR) requirements. Must be able to complete a minimum of a full time, 3 month assignment. Desired Experience Demonstrated leadership and technical skills, commensurate with experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Demonstrated initiative and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with direction from others. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills required. Use of computer and test equipment in both a laboratory and vehicle environment required to complete primary job duties. Occasionally must lift and carry test equipment weighing 30 lbs.
