Superintendent - Construction, Modular Buildings

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our construction team. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily construction activities onsite, ensuring safety protocols are met, and ensuring the successful completion of all projects.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure safety protocols are met and adhered to at all times Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities Oversee the scheduling of subcontractors and materials delivery Inspect project progress to ensure work is done to specifications and in a timely manner Monitor and coordinate project progress and costs, ensuring adherence to budget Resolve conflicts between subcontractors and material vendors Maintain project records and documentation Qualifications: 5+ years of general contracting and construction experience 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent Thorough understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
