Superintendent - Heavy Civil

Job Location: Arkansas or Missouri 
Salary: $100K-$130K (DOE) 
Requirements: 5+ years of experience
As a full-service asphalt paving firm, we offer paving, seal coating, resurfacing, asphalt repair, and maintenance. We are a full-service civil construction company with expertise in major highway construction, excavation, utility installation, and concrete placing.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
- Monitor construction progress
- Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project

What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years of Heavy Civil experience
- Asphalt, paving, concrete, earthwork
