They are privately held and build the highest quality projects in the wood-frame multifamily sector. They are 100% relationship driven and offer their employees both an excellent and stable environment along with an exciting opportunity, growth plans, and a long-term home for the right person. They are looking to add a Superintendent to join them in Fort Myers and build a $60M multifamily project. Will consider a superintendent that is willing to travel within the state of Florida and pay per diem/ housing allowance. Requirements : -A minimum of 10 years' field experience working in the multifamily construction arena -Wood-frame experience is a must for this position -A willingness to learn and join a company that has a long-term outlook and bright future
