Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a results-driven leader with the ability to supervise field operations, ensure adherence to project timelines, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. The Superintendent will serve as the on-site representative, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful projects. Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage all on-site construction activities for assigned projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel, ensuring work meets quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, progress, and compliance with building codes. Address and resolve construction challenges, collaborating with the project management team. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs. Implement and enforce safety policies and protocols in compliance with OSHA and company standards. Facilitate regular site meetings to coordinate efforts and communicate project updates. Ensure materials, equipment, and labor resources are effectively managed. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years experience in commercial construction, preferably with ground-up projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
