We are currently hiring for the position of Superintendent . Responsibilities: Overseeing construction activities and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Coordination with vendors and managing personnel
Monitors site conditions and schedules equipment maintenance
Enforcement of all safety and current OSHA/ANSI/ Federal & State compliance requirements
Essential Job Functions: Knowledge and experience with Towers, concrete collars, crack monitors, epoxy coatings
Understanding of road upgrades
Grading
total site decommissions (tower)
Provide highly organized site management and supervision
Operate Heavy equipment (excavator, Skidsteer)
Skills: Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
Must be a proven problem-solver
Ability to read blueprints

Min 5 years in commercial construction experience (Heavy, Civil, Earthworks)
