Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
Oversee and manage modular construction sites in Milton, MA, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and Modular Division Head for project alignment and success.
Enforce safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Travel to Pennsylvania 1-2 times per month for factory coordination and updates.
Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve high performance and quality standards.
The Successful Applicant
The right candidate will have:
Extensive Experience:

4+ years of site work experience in commercial or healthcare construction projects.
Certifications:

OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to manage and lead construction teams effectively.
Local Knowledge:

Familiarity with the Milton, MA area and readiness to travel to Pennsylvania.
Strong Work Ethic:

Commitment to safety, quality, and project success.
Team Collaboration:

Experience working closely with project managers and other key stakeholders.
