We specialize in constructing, renovating, and expanding water and wastewater treatment facilities. We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our thriving AZ team!
Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for managing the daily operations and tasks of water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, water infrastructure, pump stations, and water treatment plants. The Superintendent will manage the project teams to ensure completion of objectives in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
**No travel required.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations of project teams, ensuring tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Lead the team in troubleshooting any technical issues or operating problems. Evaluate current procedures and suggest areas of improvement. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and industry regulations. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate records of progress. Conduct regular inspections of sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Qualifications: High school diploma required 4+ years of experience in Water/wastewater, earthwork, mechanical construction, concrete, heavy civil, wastewater facilities, renewable energy, water distribution. Strong project management and leadership skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits Salary: $100,000 -$140,000
