degree from an accredited school of pharmacy - Active pharmacist license in the state of New York - Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and pharmaceutical calculations - Experience in various pharmacy settings such as pediatrics, IV infusion, pain management, critical care, etc.
