JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees all Admissions inventory and equipment utilized in the daily operation. Responsible for Admissions Administrative responsibilities to include leadership and direction of direct Coordinator report. Creates, tracks, and maintains inventory & quality reports. Ensures all levels of inventory and equipment quality meet the needs of the operation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory and quality of all equipment used in Entrance Operations. Collaborates with IT, Tech, Facilities, Marketing and Stroller/Wheelchair vendor to follow-up on any discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues. Creates, updates, and maintains inventory and quality reports to distribute to the Leadership team and is responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels for Entrance Operations.
Responsible for the sustainment and tracking of existing equipment and supplies in use. Identifies gaps in asset needs and responding to deficiencies within the daily operation for the satisfaction of the Team Member and guest experience. Management of Haystack dryer operations and associated revenue.
Reports technology issues to the Parks Technology department by creating trouble tickets and following up with appropriate individuals. analyzes reports and ticket distribution to identify trends and control ticket inventory. Partners with Parks Technology for the creation of new reports or the modification of existing ones.
Responsible for the management of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring. Drives GSAT & TSAT initiatives to increase guest & team member satisfaction.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
1+ years of supervisory or inventory/supply chain management experience required
; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
