JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees all Admissions Projects either in the technology or capital projects space. Responsible for Admissions Administrative responsibilities to include leadership and direction of direct Coordinator reports to complete assigned projects. Uses analytical skills to measure and monitor effectiveness of implemented programs and software, as well as monitors the health of hardware assets. Assists with the testing, implementation, and roll out of any new technology at all Admissions locations. Works with third party vendors and internal partners to execute Capital and facilities related projects for Entrance Operations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partners with Facilities, Universal Creative, Parks Technology, and various internal partners for the execution of projects at both Front Gates and CityWalk. Reviews business data and obtains / organizes feedback from business partners to ensure proper execution of projects. Follows up on issues to ensure proper completion and satisfaction of project requirements. Provides status updates to senior leaders for review. Technology focus includes collaborating with Parks Technology to evaluate new technologies for Admissions from testing to implementation.
Responsible for the sustainment and tracking of existing hardware/software/non-technology operational resources in use. Identifies gaps in asset needs and responding to deficiencies within the daily operation for the satisfaction of the Team Member and guest experience. Drives execution and maintenance of operational Power Apps and responsible for SharePoint management. Oversees the Admissions inventory program relating to ticket media and non-technology operational resources.
Reports issues to appropriate internal partners by creating trouble tickets and following up with appropriate individuals. Analyzes reports and ticket distribution to identify trends and control ticket inventory. Partners with Parks Technology for the creation of new reports or the modification of existing ones. Reports maintenance concerns to the Facilities team through Work Orders and monitors and communicates progress of completion. Identifies trends to address recurring issues and looks for long term solutions.
Responsible for the management of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring. Drives GSAT & TSAT initiatives to increase guest & team member satisfaction. Supports the Admissions and Equipment and Technology teams with operational coverage when needed.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in business management or technology related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of technical computer or hardware leadership experience required.
2+ years of supervisory leadership experience over projects.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Presentation / Facilitation Skills:Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and large group settings to clients, and other employees of the organization.
Computer Skills:Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps and Smart Sheet.
