PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Provide a leadership role in the supervision of operational chemistry programs.
Provide coaching and mentoring for all operational activities.
Maintain Chemistry programs including all performance and regulatory aspects of the program.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESSupervise Chemists and technicians.
This includes coaching and mentoring, reinforcing the fundamentals, scheduling, and maintaining working files.Lead and provide support for Chemistry related projects.Participate and support the training program.Lead and provide an interface role with other departments which will include input on system performance and schedule reviews.Manage and maintain the Chemistry budget for the plant systems.Participate in EP rotation.
