Supervisor Claim Adjudication Operations

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claim Adjudication Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure team efforts delight the customer

Organize, plan, and align resources for day-to-day activities based on customer priorities

Manage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, performance management, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions

Required Qualifications:

A two or four year degree and/or a minimum of four years of work experience is required

Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred

Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge would be a plus

Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is a plus

Understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures would be a plus
