Description: The Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor is an integral member of the clinic leadership team in bringing the professional nursing perspective and expertise to the group and upholding the standards of clinical practice. This position is responsible for the oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices. Additionally, this position oversees and supervises clinical quality, ensuring state and federal compliance and that clinical support patient care services are provided efficiently and safely, consistent with clinical best practices.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course, Maintain certification - Cancer Center Infusion East, Infusion, Transfusion Chemotherapy, Outpatient Transfusion upon hire. Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Maintain certification - Lactation Postpartum, Postpartum Care Center upon hire. 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program. Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistants, nurses, and related clinical positions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an ambulatory setting. 3 years of demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training, and performance evaluation. 3 years of experience providing patient education.
