Responsibilities: The Supervisor is responsible for guiding the Closing team that handles Venture Capital/Private Equity and Tech/Healthcare commercial loan products through daily work activities as part of the loan closing process. In addition to managing team execution, a Supervisor will be responsible for:
Leading special projects impacting the closing process; Resolving and managing escalations that may come from upstream or downstream partners;Monitoring key performance indicators to support the execution and performance of the team;Coaching and mentoring team members to attain individual and team goals;Building relationships with horizonal and vertical teams to amplify the team's impact; and, Providing a strategic vision for the team and key decision maker on process changes impacting the closing team. Qualifications: Bachelor degree with 1 year of experience in Commercial Loan Closing or HS Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience.
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Accounting Experience managing commercial lending and closing process from end to end. Proficient knowledge of lending policies and guidelines1 year of leadership/management experience Understanding of lending regulatory rulesExperience working with Loan Accounting Systems such as LoanIQ, Fiserv, etcAbility to oversee team's book of business and pipeline Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with business partners, leadership, and team engagement.Proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis in SharePoint Online - experience pulling and analyzing data for reporting purposes.First Citizens benefits programs are designed to meet our associates where they are in life.
