Supervisor Evs Operations Services

Responsibilities:Supervise employees to ensure they are using proper cleaning procedures.Train employees in proper usage of chemicals and equipment.Inspect all areas of the resort for cleanliness.Report all damages and/or repairs to status board.Follow up on any calls for cleaning requests.Assign employees to complete special projects.Complete work orders for repairs and follow-up after completion.Complete daily station assignment schedules.Type up and submit commendations and discipline when necessary.Drive / operate company vehicles and motorized carts within property to transport materials and equipment.Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.Qualifications: At least two years' experience as a supervisor or above, in a public area department or similar environment preferred.Large hotel/resort experience preferred.Previous experience supervising at least 20 employees preferred.At least six months in a guest contact/customer service position preferred.Knowledge of general cleaning supplies essential.Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms required.
