ScheduleShift: Full-time - Days - 8 hoursThe Supervisor-Clinic's purpose is to assure efficient and effective operations under the direction of the Clinic Manager.
Manage and supervise all clinic operations and clinic support staff in Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Pediatrics, and Plastic Surgery.
Communicate and collaborate with team members.
Perform select office functions.
The Supervisor will demonstrate responsibility, organization, ability to manage, supervise, delegate, communicate, problem solve, make decisions, and function independently.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's Degree in Management or healthcare related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Supervision principles; experience with Windows and word processing; experience with third party payers; experience and knowledge of the billing process; understanding of medical records; ability to organize and meet timelines.
Ability to write legibly, see, hear, read, speak English, talk, bend, sit, and work in a normal office environment.
Travel may be required.
READING - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
WRITING - Intermediate: Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, or procedures.
SPEAKING - Intermediate: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group situations or before groups of customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Basic Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY - Intermediate Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
