This position involves the supervision of crew activities on shift to ensure that Tim Hortons' standards around people, product, cleanliness and exceptional customer service are fulfilled.
As a FULL TIME position, candidates will be expected to maintain an average of 30 hours or more per week and to be available any day of the week (INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS).
The Supervisor is an hourly paid (non-exempt) position and entails supervision and direction of crew activities during the scheduled shift. The Supervisor position is operational in nature rather than administrative, and is directed at maximizing guest satisfaction. The Supervisor is responsible for the following accountability only during the period scheduled as his/her shift.

Requirements * Previous experience in a supervisory role necessary
* 6 months previous restaurant experience required
* Thorough knowledge of Tim Hortons products and procedures
* Current certification in approved food safety training (Advanced.fst or ServeSafe) is an asset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to consistently adhere to policies/procedures
* Able to operate effectively in a fast paced environment
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to stand for entire shift
* Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
* Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
