OVERVIEW The Supervisor, Integrated Media Strategy is a role for someone who is relentlessly curious, passionate about advertising, riveted by evolving consumer media consumption patterns, creative, analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented. We need someone who is interested in building a client's business, who endeavors to understand the category as well as our clients do, and who can mentor and grow their team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze client briefs to identify a strategic approach and media plan that delivers against the client's goals, including the ability to write a strong, comprehensive brief for the client.Day to day client lead ensuring all deliverables are sent with 100% accuracy across the team.Strong ability to manage and delegate tasks to the team to balance workload.Oversee strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation.Ensure the team is keeping all documentation updated with 100% accuracy including client flowcharts, tactical excel, and media authorization.Oversee flawless campaign execution and ensure ongoing updates are being shared with the client.Owner of developing the strategy development and framework with leadership.Lead in presenting media strategy and tactical plans to the client.Ability to manage and lead the account/creative teams in developing fully integrated plans and flawless executions.Responsible for building relationships with clients, internal teams, and the broader media community.Stay up-to-date on advertising and analytic marketplace trends, including strong strategic understanding of how to build target audience profiles, competitive insight, and marketplace opportunities.Educate internal teams on consumer trends, new media technologies, and other information that has cross-departmental impact.Responsible for finance tracking, ad-operations, and trafficking needs to get campaigns launched and running successfully.QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience at an agency or similar environment.Clear and concise written and verbal skills.Strength in storytelling.Strong experience and knowledge of media planning/buying/management across online and offline channels (including traditional channels like OOH, Print, Radio, TV).Experience working with custom content management.Experience finding the story in a set of numbers.Ability to multitask and a desire to mentor and teach junior level team members.Strong attention to detail.The ability to deliver high-quality work quickly and accurately.A proactive work ethic.A curious and creative mindset.Experience developing and delivering presentations.Excellent relationship building skills.Salary is based on Experience, Skills, and location. Ideally, we'd love this role to be based in Sausalito/Bay Area. If not, we are open to CA, OR, WA, TX, or CO.
