Supervisor, Joc Operations Support

The Supervisor, JOC Operations Support is responsible for overseeing the daily technical duties of a sector's JOC Coordinators while ensuring overall efficiency.  This role is a player / coach role that will perform JOC Coordinator duties for one region while managing the JOC Coordinators' work in supporting their region(s) and provide guidance and discipline as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage team of approximately 2-5 direct reports. Train and manage their day-to-day work.  Assist in establishing their short-term and long-term goals.  Responsible for quarterly bonus communication and performance reviews of team members.
Ensure accurate posting of job orders in the Billing Document Review platform (BDR) for revenue recognition. 
Leverage the Smartsheets application to track teams' jobs orders and revenue recognition status in the Revenue Tracker
Oversee completion of monthly check-in with clients & contractors to obtain updated statuses on open projects. Report on aging of unbilled revenue.
Develop strong relationship with internal customers (Sector VP, Regional Directors, Account Managers, etc.) to improve processes and remove barriers for strong revenue recognition performance.
Manage error resolution in a timely manner to ensure revenue recognition by end-of-month deadlines. Work with AR team to resolve any errors that would prevent entry into NetSuite.
Work with IT to resolve system issues in a timely manner. Communicate with IT any identified process improvement needs.
Use Fortive Business System (FBS) tools such as Problem Solving (PSP) to find the root cause of issues as they arise. 

Qualifications:
Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience.  Requires 3+ years of related operations experience in a fast-paced, growing corporate environment and experience working with various financial and operational systems (eGordian/JOC Cloud, Smartsheets, BDR).
Strong leadership capabilities, personal integrity, and business ethics along with ability to delegate and develop subordinates and execute decisions in a timely manner.
Strong team-building skills and the proven ability to work with a diverse group of people.
Self-motivated with proven track record of taking initiative to drive process improvement and performance.  Ability to function well in multiple reporting/supporting relationships.
Willingly demonstrates a hands-on approach – able to get into the details and help complete daily processes, if needed.  Proven experience as a team player who works well across all levels of the organization in implementing new policies and procedures.
Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills.  Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate experience with Excel and Proficiency in MS Office including Word, and Outlook.  
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
Previous construction industry experience a plus.
