Responsibilities
• Assists Store Manager with store operations• Supervises employees in sales work and taking inventories• Reconciling cash with sales receipts and keeping operating records• Preparing daily record of transactions• Supervising store employees within the retail store• Responsible for store operation in Store Manager's absence• Directs activities of store personnel• Ensures accurate sales transactions and appropriate processing of donated goods• Handles customer/donor complaints• Coaches and trains staff to meet agency expectations
