Assists in coordinating hospital and patient care activities to provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, employees, and other health care personnel. Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree Nursing 4 years 4 years of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care hospital setting Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.
Knowledge of rules and regulations applicable to the practice of nursing.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of patient rights and laws relative to those rights, such as HIPAA.
Strong clinical data analytic skills measuring process and outcomes in healthcare. RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania Preferred Qualifications Successful completion of cardiac arrhythmia interpretation course or passing score on the challenge exam. Achieve a passing score on basic proficiency in medication administration exam for external hires.
