Supervisor Opex

Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the Operational Excellence activity to improve site operation performance.Build the continuous improvement culture to increase site operational excellence maturity with other departments (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering).Coordinate Site Operational Excellence maturity improvement:Milestone planning, implementation, tracking.OpEx maturity assessment and improvement.Lead Site Management of Operation System (MOS), tool creation, and improvement.Achieve a 90% adherence ratio to OpEx roadmap milestones and meet annual OpEx maturity targets.Monitor and improve site operation KPIs (site objectives, tier 5 matrix).
