JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing various Park and Resort Operations Administrative responsibilities to include leadership and direction for the Scheduling Team and Coordinators. Coordinates the Park Operations Labor Model, and requisition process. The Supervisor of Back of House Support will also drive the innovation of operational efficiency within the Operations department. Uses analytical skills to develop standards and processes for both the Coordinators and Scheduling Specialists to ensure the field management team is well supported. Also responsible for scanning and auditing of all Park and Resort Operations Team Member files to ensure all appropriate documentation is in place and accounted for.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises the daily operation of the Back of House Support Team within Attractions Operations which includes, but is not limited to, providing work direct, counseling, and coaching to the Park and Resort Operations Scheduling Specialists and Coordinators.
Works closely with the Business Development and Staffing teams to drive the improvement of the labor modeling and new-hire requisition process for Park and Resort Operations. Uses the Staffing Utilization reports to make informed decisions about staffing requisitions to ensure the appropriate usage of training and overtime budgeted hours.
Responsible for monitoring the non-labor budget to ensure that purchasing costs are within the budgetary constraints and accrued properly each month. Reporting to the Park and Resort Operations senior leadership team if there are any variances to the non-labor budget lines.
Oversees the attractions line schedules and works with the Park and Resort Operations Management Team to ensure that all venues are appropriately utilizing all available Team Members as well as budgeted labor hours as they relate back to the labor model.
Responsible for the Ride Vehicle Requisition Report and works with Attractions Area Management and the Scheduling Specialists to ensure staffing levels are in alignment with requested vehicles for a given week. Reports this statistical information to the senior leadership teams within the Attractions Operations and Technical Services departments.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

EDUCATION:
Associate degree (AA) preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
1+ year supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Presentation / Facilitation Skills: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and large group situations to clients, and other employees of the organization.
Computer Skills: Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
