Qualifications - Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Massachusetts. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree or equivalent experience in Nursing or related field preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. - Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic work setting. - Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software.
