Job Description  Peak's Supervisor will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, inspections, and licensing, house rig-ups and maintenance, water/sewage hauling, tracking third party equipment, and supervision of related employees/crews.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to Accomplishes tasks by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities. Address employee performance problems through corrective action and dismissal.Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.Answering questions and responding to requests.Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.Maintains working relationship with the clients. Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings.Ensures the timely and accurate collection, totaling, and transmission of payroll data.Performs other duties as assigned. Physical Demands and Exposures Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.Prolonged sitting, standing, walking.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Ability to individually lift: Maximum 50 lbs.Select Water Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
