Pay is hourly with expected first year earnings between $62,400 - $68,640 / year.
This is an average range for this position.
In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

**Overview**
The Supplier Billing Clerk is responsible for the collection of supplier billing accounts as well as processing all chargeback paperwork (manual and automated) send to the supplier.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Clarify problems or issues presented by suppliers to facilitate collections on their behalf
+ Compile month-end billing of; backups and send to BSG for final processing
+ Process month-end interfaces for all automated bill back
+ Process supplier quantity and financial depletions
+ Track monthly supplier bank recaps
+ Process incentive payouts for payroll and bill back and track individual sales payouts
+ Perform other job-related duties as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
+ Knowledge with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectives
+ Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables, develop charts, and complex formulas
+ Prior accounting/collection experience
**Physical Demands**
+ Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
+ Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
+ May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
