The Supplier Quality Engineer leads and/or supports qualification audits, surveillance audits, production part approval process, early production containment, corrective actions, and receiving inspection activities.
Develops and implements procedures and systems necessary to promote effective inspection processes.
Works with various Sub-Zero, Cove, and Wolf manufacturing locations and suppliers to facilitate supplier investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.

Primary Responsibilities Develops and implements procedures and systems necessary to promote continuous improvement of product and to support organizational objectives.Works with various business unit teams, manufacturing sites, and suppliers to facilitate problem solving, supplier corrective action, evaluation, development, and communication of quality improvement plans and metrics.Analyzes information and data to create, maintain, and effectively present findings and corrective measures to stakeholders.Creates and maintain databases and product lifecycle management workflows to promote new product development and maintain existing product.Reviews and assesses Supplier Production Part Approval Process Submissions including Dimensional Layouts, Material Certifications, Control Plans, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Process Capability and Gage Studies.Leads quality problem-solving process for supplier related issues.Performs Supplier Qualification and Surveillance Audits with Cross-Functional Teams and Suppliers.Participates in Design and Contract Reviews for Supplied parts and Components.Manages Projects pertaining to Quality System Infrastructure and New Product Development.
