Our Naperville division is a world-leading supplier of kitchen facilities, equipment, and supplies solutions. As a full system manufacturer, distributor, and program management partner, we supply global chains in the quick-service restaurant, convenience store, and supermarket segments, helping to manage unit growth and upgrade their facilities.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Analyst. This entry-level role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the coordination and monitoring of supply chain operations.
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
Support inventory management and demand forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels.
Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics, including cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend strategies for optimizing supply chain processes.
Assist in maintaining and updating supply chain databases, including supplier information, pricing, and product specifications.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on supply chain goals and initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
6+ months of experience in supply chain or logistics strongly preferred (internships considered).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel understanding advanced functions such as v-lookups, pivot tables, data sorting, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
