JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Supply Chain Analyst at Driven Brands, you will play a pivotal role in the purchasing and procurement operations for our distribution centers. Leveraging your expertise in logistics and procurement processes, you will ensure the seamless coordination of supply chain activities, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Procurement Oversight:
Manage and optimize purchasing processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Logistics Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics and supply chain data, focusing on purchasing trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance the efficiency of purchasing and procurement operations.
Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between procurement, warehouse, and transportation teams.
Category Management:
Work closely with vendor partners, operational staff, and company leadership to ensure successful growth of existing lines of business, and quick introduction of new lines of business.
Engage with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, monitor performance, and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance.

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
