You are: A Supply Chain and Operations professional who helps clients in implementing the end-to-end planning process across supply chain and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving efficiency.
You will work with clients in implementing Sales & Operations planning, demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management capabilities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
The work: You understand one or more of the following integrated planning processes including Demand Forecasting, S&OP, S&OE, Inventory PlanningFind solutions to clients' supply chain and operations integrated planning related challengesSpot and solve challenges using your analytical & strategy skills to dive into data and compare vs. industry peersAssist with workshops that look for ways to improve organizations and processesDetermine what methods and procedures to use when completing projectsGive clients insights that help make their companies work better, faster, and more efficientlyChallenge legacy ways of working using constructive techniques that fuel client growthUse digital tech to help clients find new ways to make their orgs more effective and efficientLead small to medium sized teams with diverse backgrounds skills and knowledgeSupport client sales origination and thought leadership developmentUse the latest analytical tools and digital tech to help clients find new ways to understand how to make their organizations more effective and efficientHybrid approach is current norm – roughly 30-50% travel expected based on client needs.
Here's what you need: Minimum of 1 year of experience working on Supply Chain initiativesMinimum of 1 year of experience working on Integrated Planning initiativesMinimum of 2 years of experience working in one or many of the following industries: Hi-Tech, Software & Platforms, Semi-Conductor, Life Sciences, Industrial, Energy, Chemicals, Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and Travel ServicesMinimum of 1 year of external experience at a consulting firm or 2 years of internal consulting experience in a role equivalent to Manager level within industryBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
If Associate's degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experienceYou have a deep specialization in strategies for one or more of the following: Demand Forecasting, S&OP, S&OE, Inventory PlanningYou have the proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentYou've earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degreeYou have a functional-level understanding of integrated planning specific or general planning & execution technology solutions (e.g IBP, O9, OMP, Kinaxis etc)You can use the latest data analytics tools to spot opportunities for improvementPrior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e.
Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e.
Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
