Material Manager / Inside Sales ** Manage purchasing of raw materials & supplies, as well as coordinating delivery schedules, shipping, and forecasting.Process Customer purchase orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.This will require our ideal candidate to work with suppliers, customers and our internal operations and engineering teams. Responsibilities * Material * Collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs.Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications.Coordinate receiving and warehousing procedures.Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material.Maintain relationships with suppliers.Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, etc. Inside Customer Sales * Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfactionOpen and maintain customer accountsProcess internal sales ordersFollow Internal and External communication proceduresAssist in forecasting with customers to plan future orders.Process shipping documentation for domestic & international.Keep detailed records of customer interactions, accounts and documents Requirements * 1-3 years of experience in a business settingExcellent Communication SkillsFamiliarity in shipping and receivingFamiliarity with supply chain and inventory managementUnderstanding of forecasting and Sales OrdersProficient in MS officeExcellent organizational and leadership skillsSelf-directed problem solverDegree in relevant field (preferred but not required) ** $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
