Supply Chain Coordinator Location: 1550 W. McEwen Dr., Franklin, TN 37067
Objective: The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the team with the execution of supply chain objectives. The coordinator provides strong organizational support maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
Essential Functions: Contribute to the goals and objectives established by the supply chain teamCoordinate the requisition, verification, and approval of purchase order generation for various supplies and/or pharmaceuticalsSet up new supplier accountsEnter and maintain data in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemProvide ERP field support as neededExecute invoice review and reconciliation with Accounts Payable and vendors for leadership approvalEscalate issues appropriately and handle in a timely mannerEducation and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of one (1) year experience in logistics or supply chain requiredMinimum of one (1) year healthcare experience preferredERP system experience preferredMicrosoft Office experience including strong Excel skills preferred Position Type, Expected Hours of Work & Travel This is a Full-Time position.Days and hours of work are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to and 5:00 p.m.Travel is not expected for this position.
