Reporting to the COO, the incumbent is responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of the Supply Chain at Seneca Tank. The Supply Chain Manager coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, and distribution of the company's goods. This position is responsible for driving year-over-year gross margin improvement while leading the implementation and sustainment of core processes within the supply chain along with helping to improve the overall cash flow of the business.
Supervisory Responsibility: The Supply Chain Manager supervises personnel on our purchasing and distribution center teams.

Physical Demands: Must be able to physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet without correction, color vision, depth perception and field of vision
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
5 years' experience in a Supply Chain management role
APICS CSCP certified preferred
Valid Class C-Operator (Noncommercial) driver's license
Must meet and maintain company insurability standards
