Company Description Job Description The A&F Supply Chain Internship program provides high school students with an introduction to the supply chain field, and offer them with an opportunity to learn more about the careers available within the industry as they prepare to enter the workforce and/or post-secondary education.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing?

Assist in the sourcing and ordering of packaging materials (e.g., boxes, shopping bags, mailers).
Support the team in reviewing supplier quotes and researching potential suppliers for packaging products.
Assist with coordinating the delivery and timely receipt of packaging materials.
Communicate with internal teams to understand packaging needs and ensure requirements are met.
Participate in packaging sustainability initiatives and research eco-friendly packaging alternatives.
Assist in preparing presentations or reports for internal meetings, as needed.
Assist in the development and compilation of a comprehensive deliverable focused on the quality assurance process for packaging. This will involve researching, documenting and organizing key procedures to ensure packaging meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
Competitive analysis presentation focused on influencer packaging and sustainable packaging practices by other retailers. This will involve researching and comparing packaging trends, materials and strategies to identify industry standards and opportunities for improvement.
Responsible for updating and organizing our internal packaging database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on packaging materials, suppliers and photos.
