Our Scheduling Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our pre-installation processing function that are critical to the successful processing of our post sales transactions. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to nurture effective relationships with both internal and external customers. The role will be within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
\n Core Role ResponsibilitiesPrimarily works on the phone calling/texting customers to schedule measure appointmentsConfirms measure appointments with customersSends follow up to sales team and mails no contact letters when customers cannot be reachedDetermines best driving route for measure techniciansWorks closely with measure technicians and employees at the branch level to maintain a positive working relationshipActs as go-between for customers when they request information pertaining to their order Basic QualificationsHigh school Diploma or GED1+ years of administrative or customer service experience Preferred QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCustomer-centric mindsetFamiliarity with working with maps/scheduling is a plusDemonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environment
