Define and implement supply chain strategy for Care Solutions in EMEA.
Lead the supply chain team in the region (Integrated planning, Label and Master data team, Supply Manager).
Orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain in the region, ensuring the alignment among the various business partners (e.g., sales, manufacturing, supply management, logistics, customer service, trade compliance).
Own the short-term horizon regional supply plans (0-6 months) and related processes and routines.
Develop and execute the regional inventory strategy to meet commercial service policies.
Member of Global Supply Chain Care Solutions.
Manage regional distribution costs, including warehouse, transportation, and organization cost.
Develop and implement regional metrics aligned with business goals.
Accountable for service level.
Represent Supply Chain and engage in all matters related to site operations and performance, such as safety, budget, quality, talent development, Work Council relationships, etc.
Responsible to create a safe environment within Eastman and in the supply chain to serve customers.
Lead complex, cross-functional regional initiatives to improve business performance.
Coach and develop the teams, enhancing overall capabilities.
This is what you bringMaster's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research. MBA is a plus.Candidate(s) should have a minimum of 10-year experience in a leadership position in a supply chain environment with focus on S&OP, inventory management, supply chain performance management.Proven track record in successfully leading a team.Demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent.Exposure to an international, multi-cultural environment.Deep understanding of supply chain processes: S&OP, inventory management, transport management, packaging. Familiar with trade regulations and implications for process design/requirements.Financial skills: understanding of P&L and cash flow statement and impact on supply chain choices on financial performance.Deep knowledge of SAP environment and demonstrated experience with a supply planning application (e.g., SAP IBP, OMP, O9, etc.).
