We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join us on a fixed term contract within our Out of Home division until the end June 2025.
The Supply Chain Manager (Out of Home) will lead a Team to drive the end-to-end supply chain process for Nichols' Out of Home Route to Market including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Customer Service and Logistics Management. Our supply chain includes managing production planning at our own in-house factory in Ross-on-Wye, and the management of bought-in finished goods, consumables and raw materials.
In our Out of Home division we're soft drink specialists that provide the widest range of quality drinks brands across post mix and frozen for hospitality and leisure businesses. Brands include Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Irn-Bru and Old Jamaica, while also offering the world number 1 frozen brand ICEE.
Our Supply Chain team ensure that our products are always available for our customers and are delivered to them on time.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop Sales and Operations Planning processes for our Out of Home Route to Market and embed a cross functional S&OP monthly cycle to drive business decisions, manage risks, mitigate supply-demand imbalances, and drive Customer Service. Manage the delivery of the plan with our in-house manufacturing team and suppliers in line with agreed processes and KPIs. Manage governance through daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly performance reviews. Ensure identification, monitoring and reporting of assumptions, risks and opportunities related to the short, medium to long-term business targets. Manage relationship with 3PLs ensuring delivery of the service in line with contracts and KPIs, whilst achieving budget, delivering cost improvements and negotiating optimised rates. Lead and develop the Out of Home Supply Chain Team ensuring we are driving our overall team performance. Create, manage and track the Supply Chain Budget for the Out of Home Route to Market. Develop the end-to-end Supply Chain to deliver optimal value for our Customers. Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement to continually enhance our Supply Chain processes. Develop operational and KPI dashboards to provide transparency and single source of truth across functional areas to ensure alignment and optimal results. YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN: Experience of delivering success in a Supply Chain management role. Experience of working within Production Planning, Demand Planning, Materials Requirements Planning, Customer Service, Logistics Management. Leadership experience in driving performance and change through teams. Strong understanding of S&OP best practices. Experience of working with, developing, implementing ERP/Advanced Planning systems. YOU WILL ALSO: Have a strong leadership mindset, adept at building and coaching High Performing Teams. Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling strong stakeholder management across all levels of the business, and with Suppliers and Customers. Be capable of influencing, driving and implementing strategy & decisions through the business. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Be resilient, tenacious, confident and enthusiastic.
